The vineyard spreads over 37 acres of clay and limestone terraces planted in 5 well adapted grape varieties ; Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault. A collection of white varietals (Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier and Roussanne) complete this grape varieties collection.

The hillside landscape of St Guilhem - Arboras, culminating on the Mount Baudille, overlooks these terraces. Over the centuries, the alternation of frost and thaw broke up the limestone rock, dragging downstream pebbles which form the soils of the plots nowadays.
