VINIFICATION: Destalked harvest. Traditional vinification to help felxibility, gentle extraction by pumping over.

MATURING: Matured in tanks and botttling in Spring.

TASTING: This viloline-hued winee boasts an expressif bouquet of violette, liquorice and black-berry coulis. On the palate, we find this fruit, the cherry complet black fruits.
Fine volume with a beautifully peppery finish.
