SOIL: Alluvium and clay-limestone terraces.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Blend of Syrah (30hl/ha), Grenache (30hl/ha) and Cinsault (35hl/ha).

VINIFICATION: Harvested to foster flexibility, gentle extraction by pumping over.

MATURING: Matured in the vat and bottled in Spring.

TASTING: This Montpeyroux is perfect: fruit and licorice, a hint of spice and mocha, and a fleshy and greedy palate.
