AOP LANGUEDOC "MONTPEYROUX"

SOIL: Alluvium and clay-limestone terraces.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault.

VINIFICATION: Destalked harvest to foster flexibility, gentle extraction by pumping over the Grenache and Cinsault; entire grape bunches for the Syrah.

MATURING: Matured in the vat and bottled in Spring.

TASTING: This new Montpeyroux is perfect: fruit and licorice, a hint of spice and mocha, and a fleshy and greedy palate.
