AOP LANGUEDOC "ROSÉ"

SOIL: Gravel.

GRAPE VARIETIES: Mourvèdre, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault.

VINIFICATION: Direct pressing for the Grenache, bleeding for the Cinsault. Part of the Grenache is vinified in oak barrels, which ensures the originality of this rosé and its lovely colour.

MATURING: Blending in vats in january; bottled in march.

TASTING: The robe will get people talking: pale, so pale and brilliant at the same time with nuances of fuschia. The nose is delicate, dominated by notes of white flowers, raspberry, red currant and aniseed. Fresh and lively on the palate, while keeping its roundness. It is a wine to quench your thirst and of course, it will marry well with grilled Larzac lamb chops.
